Maricopa NAIP County Mosaic Mr.Sid

Maricopa NAIP County Mosaic 2-2 .Sid downloading as 1kb file (hoping for 4gb)

I was trying to download the Maricopa County Mosaic. I was able to download the 2gb Maricopa 1-2 but when i try to download Maricopa 2-2 (ortho_2-2_1n_s_az013_2007_2.sid) It comes down as a 1 kb file rather than a 4gb. Can someone at ARIA check to see if the .sid file is valid and repost if not.
